A native of Lafayette Parish, Dr. Broussard attended St. Thomas More Catholic High School and received his B.S., Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Shreveport, LA, and completed his Urology Residency at LSU Health Shreveport. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Louisiana State Medical Society, American Medical Association, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He has special interest in general urology including pediatrics, men’s health, prosthetics, female incontinence/prolapse, endourology and stone disease, uro-oncology, and minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Aside from urology he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and four dogs. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to hunt, fish and cook.
