Dr. Owens received her B.S. degree from Tulane University. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Shreveport, LA and completed her Urology residency at LSU Health Shreveport. She is a member of the American Urological Association, Louisiana State Medical Society, Louisiana State Urological Society, American Medical Association, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
